Training sessions are just what the name implies. You are there to be trained. You are not there to train me or switch. I do not sub for anyone, so banish that thought. If you do not banish it, I have ways of helping you. Doing it on your own is so much easier and so much less painful for you.
This is my favorite question. I have been bombarded with many versions of this request this weekend. Trials, introductory sessions, sample sessions, etc. all mean the same thing. Free sessions are not given; they are earned.
For those who try to engage me in a free session in email or text, it is not going to happen. I have heard every plea and excuse there is and they are not going to work. Don’t ask and I won’t laugh at your pitiful attempts. EARN IT!
